Property Advisory - An Introduction

We at ARC & Co. guide our clients in matters of property buying/selling. The various duties performed by us are:

  • To manage a range of property matters from initial instruction through to matter conclusion.
  • To manage own client matters as required.
  • To give estimates of costs to clients and to take initial instructions for any property matters.
  • To open files and progress matters in line with departmental procedures.
  • To manage post-completion work including stamping of documents, Registration and Scheduling of Deeds.
  • To ensure the confidentiality of our client’s documentation.
  • To ensure that all client work is processed correctly and expeditiously and that the client is kept regularly informed of progress and costs.

We also take up and provide the following services on behalf of the client:

  • Drafting of Conveyance Deed
  • Registration with Registrar
  • Society Membership Transfer
